The homes each have small front and rear yards, some with grass and others are a low maintenance combination of plantings. There are a few of the original homes that are modular's although most are very good quality traditional stick built homes. The home sizes vary from approximately 1200 square feet to a few over 1800 square feet. The construction occurred from the 1990's through 2005 and they offer a variety of quality levels. |
