The next bump in the sales numbers is at four months. This is a result of price adjustments the sellers often make after a realization of actual market conditions. If you choose to select your Realtor by an artificial market evaluation you can expect to waste those first few months. If you are thinking of "throwing it out there" with a higher price than what the market can support, that decision will often delay you getting a the best price for your home. If your property isn't sold within 30 days, a price adjustment should be made!
