These neighborhoods of homes was
started in the early 1990's and built through 2006, like the Energizer
Bunny "it's still going". It has a bit
more variety than some areas as a few different
developers have built groups of homes. The
location in northeast Redding is adjacent to the
McConnell Foundation and their walking trails that are
open to the public, also adjacent to Simpson University.

These neighborhoods of homes were built in the 1980-2000 range in the northeast section of town. The quality of the neighborhoods given the price range is in good balance.

Southeast Enterprise Including the affordable homes west of Churn Creek, east of Shasta View Drive and south of Hwy 44. This includes many small subdivisons in the area.
This area part of town was orignally Enterprise a portion on tshasta County. Annexed in the 1970's it has continually grown and is surrounded by newer homes. Some of these homes were built in the 1950's whiile others are still being built. Located just west of Shasta View Drive, east of Churn Creek. South of Cypress and North of the Enterprise Park on Vistor Ave.
This area of southern Shasta County is prime area for thiose who enjoy having animals. Just
15-25 minutes south of Redding, this small town is a mix of new and older
homes on acreage with pasture land well suited for horses. A great area
for you're animals or custom country home.
