in the
northwest portion of Redding. The subdivision has been

This
area is relatively small in size but not stature.
Homes here are extravagant as you can see and are still
being built. Values are somewhat difficult to say as
each home is custom and will vary significantly.
Located in the Northwest portion of Redding. This is
where the "Street of Dreams" homes were built in
2004, a few homes that were open to the public to view for
a short period of time.
