The trail system includes approximately 15 miles of trails.  It has three bridges including the Diestelhorst which was built in 1914.  the Sundial Bridge and a Pedestrian bridge that spans the river just below Keswick Dam. The trail system can be accessed from multiple points and shorter loops are also an option.

Shasta County Administration Building:

Recently completed it houses most of the county agencies, located on court street next to the courthouse pictured below.

Old Shasta just west of Redding is an old Gold Rush era town and was the start of the community that would become Redding.
