Gold Hills
A terrific Northern California Golf Course Community.
Gold Hills is a golf course community, below are a few pictures of the course.
Here you'll find a variety of home options including vacant sites, some with spectacular views of the course. A few also have mountain views.. The area was started in the 1980's and continuing to be built today with new lots being developed on a slow but regular basis. Country Heights, Ridgeview, & White Hawk
Many are built on the on top of ridges which allow some to have spectacular views of the mountains and city lights.
These subdivisions have a common bond in their location being west of town and just south of Placer Rd. One of most successful areas in Redding over the years. The building in this area covers approx 25 years time. Most of these homes feature
stucco exteriors, tile, and oak cabinets as standards in the earlier version while some of the newer ones have granite counters and a variety of custom cabinets. You can see the variety of homes with some having spectacular views of the city lights and surrounding mountains.

includes a series of half a dozen different subdivisions. The homes
are very nice and well maintained. Some of the originals were built i the 1960's while many more started in 1985 . Building is still occurring
